Terms of Service

Disposable and permanent email addresses on burnermails.xyz, browseable from the website and the Telegram bot. Free tier is best-effort: 12-hour lifetime, one address per browser session.

Pro tier ($9 USDC, 365 days) includes unlimited permanent addresses, optional forwarding, and unified vault access from web and Telegram. We commit to keeping your Pro addresses receiving mail for the full year you paid for.

• Use addresses to send or receive child sexual abuse material.
• Use addresses to harass, threaten, or stalk a specific person.
• Sign up for services in someone else's name to defraud them.
• Run bulk fake-account creation against any service that prohibits it in their terms.
• Use Burnermail to evade lawful identity verification.

We reserve the right to terminate any address or account for these reasons. We will not pre-screen or read your mail.

Pro is paid one-time per year via USDC on Polygon, Base, or Arbitrum. There is no auto-renewal. When your year is up, the account reverts to free and existing permanent addresses stop receiving mail until you pay again.

Refunds: if Pro stops working through our fault and we can't fix it within 7 days, email us at hi@burnermails.xyz and we'll send back the unused portion of your payment in USDC.

We do our best, but we are a small team. We don't promise an SLA. If our service is down for more than 7 consecutive days, you can request a partial refund (see Billing).

Burnermail is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to: locked accounts on third-party services, lost verification emails, or decisions you made based on emails we delivered (or didn't). Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted as a banner on the homepage for at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of Burnermail after that means you accept them.
